Colorado Golf Academy offers several pathways for junior golfers. Junior Recreational provides a welcoming introduction to the game and continued skill development. PGA Junior League adds team golf and friendly competition, while Junior Elite Academy is designed for committed competitive golfers ready for advanced player development.

Start with your junior golfer’s current experience and goals. Newer and recreational golfers may be most comfortable in Junior Recreational. Juniors ready for team competition may enjoy PGA Junior League. Competitive golfers looking for advanced coaching and tournament development may be candidates for Junior Elite Academy.

Not at all. We work with golfers at every stage, from people picking up a club for the first time to competitive players looking for more advanced coaching.

Yes. You don’t need to completely rebuild your swing to benefit from coaching. If putting, short game, ball striking, consistency, distance, or another part of your game is giving you trouble, we can focus instruction around that specific goal.

The simulator bays can be used for much more than hitting balls. Golfers can work on their game, get feedback on their shots, practice with a purpose or play virtual rounds on courses from around the world. They also make it possible to keep playing and practicing regardless of Colorado weather.

Yes. A professional club fitting can help determine whether your equipment is suited to your swing, body and playing style. Rather than choosing clubs based on brand or appearance alone, a fitting uses real swing and ball-flight data to help identify the right setup for your game.

Our PGA Professionals can use golf technology and performance data to better understand what’s happening in your swing and ball flight. The goal isn’t to overwhelm you with numbers—it’s to use the right information to make your instruction more specific and useful.

Absolutely. Our indoor facilities make golf a year-round sport. You can continue taking lessons, practicing, working on your putting and playing simulator golf even when snow, cold temperatures or shorter days make getting outside difficult.

Yes. Competitive player development can go beyond swing mechanics to include course management, practice strategies, tournament preparation and the mental side of competition. Our PGA Professionals can tailor coaching around your current level and competitive goals.

Yes. Working consistently with the same coach can be a great way to build on previous lessons and create a longer-term plan for your game. You can learn more about each instructor on our PGA Professionals page and choose the coach who best fits your goals.

You don’t have to, but a lesson can give your practice more direction. Instead of simply hitting more golf balls, you can leave with a better understanding of what to work on and how to practice it between lessons.

No. Improving your golf game can involve much more than your full swing. Depending on your goals, instruction may include putting, short game, ball striking, course management, equipment, practice habits and other areas that can help you become a more complete player.

Reach out and tell us your child’s age, experience level, and what they’re hoping to get out of golf. Whether they’re brand new to the game or interested in competitive golf, we can help you find the right next step.

Definitely. In fact, that gives us a great place to start. Whether you want to lower your handicap, prepare for a tournament, make your school team, fix a recurring miss, or simply feel more confident on the course, let us know what you’re working toward.
